Device & Crash Diagnostics
We collect anonymous technical logs, including operating system version, device model, and crash reports. This diagnostic data helps us identify and resolve software errors to improve app stability.

To provide our core services, we integrate with trusted third-party service providers. These services may collect and process information as outlined below:
Google AdMob SDK
Our free and base tiers show advertisements served via the Google AdMob SDK. AdMob may collect device advertising IDs (e.g., Android AAID), IP addresses, and general location indicators to deliver relevant non-personalized or personalized ads.
In-App Purchases Integration
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed securely using your device's native app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). When making a payment, the app store collects your transaction details. We do not store or process your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank account credentials on our servers. All transaction data is handled securely by the respective platform under strict compliance regulations.

- To maintain your player profile, match history, and chess ratings.

- To process payments and manage your subscription state (Base or Premium).

5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your account details as long as your Chess profile is active. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated match history at any time. To request data deletion, contact us at quibblespace@gmail.com. Upon confirmation, all personal profile records will be permanently deleted from our primary databases within 30 days.
6. Security Measures
We employ industry-standard secure socket layers (SSL/TLS) and encrypted database storage to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, please remember that no transmission method over the internet is 100% secure.
